Before You Reserve an Acre

Please read these key points before you place a reservation:

1. A reservation does not buy land or create a lease. It only holds your place in the lot-selection order.

2. You cannot live on or use the land until you: attend the viewing week, choose a lot, sign the Lease Agreement, and complete required payments.

3. Reservation fees are refundable until you sign a lease or the announced decision deadline, minus any non-refundable credit-card/processor fees.

4. Unauthorized occupation or storing property on the land without a signed lease is trespassing, not tenancy.
